Karmah and Dan are getting married at the Arista Winery this summer. They had the idea of shooting their engagement photos in a more urban setting, so we walked around downtown San Francisco. It’s amazing what a few blocks hold as far as backdrops and color. We had such a lovely time experimenting with different angles and light. I just love the architectural accents throughout the images!

Arista Winery Wedding :: San Francisco Wedding Photographer - [...] Karmah and Dan’s wedding was truly a community event. So many family and friends came together to make the wedding a joyous and unforgettable event. Karmah’s aunt did all of the florals, another friend harvested the produce for the guest gifts of avocados and citrus fruits, another hand painted and wrote each seating card…The list is endless. During the ceremony they opened a bottle of wine given to them at the winery where they got engaged. Every moment of Karmah and Dan’s wedding had meaning. And even during the first dance, when the power went out, their guests serenaded them with the final verses of their song, “Can’t help falling in love with you” by Elvis Presley. The property was gorgeous with sprawling vineyards and farm animals providing endless entertainment. Arista Winery is one of their favorite vineyards to visit with friends, so it was more than fitting for their wedding. [...]
